Western New York Lineman of the Year Award
Please use the link below to submit the requested information and RSVP for our banquet on December 7th. All inductees receive 4 complimentary tickets and additional tickets can be purchased at the discounted rate of $35.00 each, payable online or at the door.
Dinner menu: salad, roast beef, bourbon chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetable, dessert, coffee, and soda. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options are available upon request.
Prior to filling out the RSVP form, please be prepared with:
Attendee names and dietary restrictions, including how many additional tickets you will need
Player number, height and weight, position(s), and birthday
Player bio with playing highlights, accolades, other awards, stats, influences, and future plans
Player photos (action shots and/or yearbook type photos)
